Shipping Issues

Orders usually ship out 2-14 days. Please contact me if there is a specific timeframe you will need the wig to arrive. 

Alter Ego Luxe Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Any approved cancellations before production begins may be subject to a processing fee.
